Membership & Events Administrator Exclusive to Valeco Recruitment

Edinburgh (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Hours: 34.5 hours per week (Permanent, Full-Time)

We're on the hunt for a skilled and enthusiastic Membership & Events Administrator to join a supportive team in Edinburgh. This role is a direct result of a previous Valeco candidate being promoted within a year—a true testament to the fantastic growth opportunities available here!

You'll be the backbone of the Membership & Events department, providing essential support for daily operations. This is a role for someone who has a great attitude and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for member enquiries.

  • Assisting with membership applications and renewals.

  • Helping to coordinate a variety of events.

  • Maintaining accurate member records using a CRM system.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in administration 

  • You're highly organised and have a keen eye for detail.

  • You're a proactive team player who is reliable and professional.

  • You're comfortable communicating with a range of people.
