Marketing Manager – Midlothian – Up to £45,000 + Benefits – Full Time | Exclusive Role

Valeco Recruitment is exclusively recruiting a Marketing Manager for a growing, forward-thinking business based in Loanhead, Midlothian. This is a newly created, full-time permanent role offering the opportunity to lead the marketing function and shape a group-wide brand strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining and updating the company website
  • Delivering marketing campaigns across email, social media, and print
  • Creating tailored content in collaboration with internal teams
  • Supporting and mentoring a marketing apprentice
  • Working with business owners on brand development and strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role (ideally with strategic and hands-on elements)
  • Confidence in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
  • Ability to lead and mentor others
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, ideas-driven approach
