Property Administrator – Morningside, Edinburgh

Valeco Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for a Property Administrator to join a highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team based in the vibrant Morningside area of Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, friendly, and fast-paced environment, supporting clients through every step of their property journey — from sales and purchases to remortgages and title transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and client letters

  • Submitting property searches to Local Authorities and Registers of Scotland

  • Preparing Land Registration and LBTT forms

  • Assisting with the preparation of fee notes

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals

  • Supporting onboarding and compliance checks (AML procedures)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in property, conveyancing, or legal administration

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Confident written and verbal communicator

  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, client-facing environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems

  • A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude
