Legal PA - Conveyancing

Valeco Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a respected and well-established Scottish legal firm in the heart of Edinburgh. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join their busy Residential Conveyancing department.

In this traditional and client-focused secretarial role, you will provide dedicated support to two senior Partners, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of their conveyancing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full secretarial and administrative support to two Partners

  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence

  • Managing client communications and liaising with estate agents and solicitors

  • Organising diaries, meetings, and appointments

  • Handling property documentation and conducting Land Registry searches

  • Managing files, mail, and compliance paperwork

  • Supporting with digital dictation and audio typing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA in Residential Conveyancing

  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience with Land Registry processes and audio typing is highly desirable

  • A professional, approachable, and client-focused manner
