Hire Desk Coordinator
Join our clients family-owned business, as a Hire Desk Coordinator. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 and the opportunity to work for a locally based organisation.
As a Hire Desk Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our hire desk team, responsible for:
- Customer Service: Acting as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Scheduling: Planning and managing daily workloads to ensure the efficient allocation of cranes and personnel.
- Coordination: Coordinating with logistics and site staff to ensure timely and accurate job execution.
- Problem-Solving: Handling last-minute job changes and adapting to unexpected challenges.
