Part Time Temporary Receptionist

Think you can brighten someone's day with just a "Hello"? Love helping people find their way (both literally and figuratively)? Join our client located in Loanhead as a part-time receptionist and become the friendly face of their company.

What You'll Do:

· Make visitors feel like VIPs from the moment they step through the door

· Master the art of the phone transfer (because nobody likes being on hold)

· General administrative duties

· Managing room bookings and diaries

· Coordinating equipment, catering and H & S

· Assist with light office tasks to keep things running smoothly

What We Need:

· A positive attitude that's contagious

· The ability to stay calm, cool, and collected even when things get a little hectic

· A desire to be part of a fun and supportive team

Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays (full days)

Pay: £11.66 per hour plus benefits
