Credit Controller

What you'll do:
- Manage customer accounts, proactively chasing outstanding payments.
- Investigate and resolve overdue invoices and credit control issues.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
- Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks.
Who you are:
- A qualified credit controller with experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ideally with experience in relevant accounting software.
