Your Mission:

  • Fuel the financial engines with accurate records and systems management.
  • Launch invoices and conquer bank reconciliations.
  • Craft reports and analyse financial data – make those numbers sing!
  • Support operations: onboarding, meetings, reports, correspondence, you name it!
  • Equip the team with supplies and merch – keep the mission running smoothly.
  • Blast off to our annual conference (travel included!).

Your Superpowers:

  • ‍ Xero accounting knowledge – you speak its language fluently.
  •  Invoicing and bank reconciliation – your kryptonite? Never heard of it.
  • ‍Journals, P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow – you understand their superpowers and make them work together.
  • ‍Excel and Outlook – your trusty sidekicks for data and communication.
