Office Administrator
Valeco Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our exclusive client to hire an Administrator to join their busy and one of the UK’s leaders in their field, based outside Penicuik(heading towards Peebles side)
Due to our clients location, you will be required to have your own transport due to no transport links available.
What is on offer?
- Starting salary of £24,000
- 29 days holiday per year

- 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in every 4 Sundays on a rotational basis(Sunday can be home based)

What will you be doing?
- Processing invoices, data input and ensuring client records are accurate
- Communicating with both internal and external partners
- Participate in meetings both internal and external
- Organising meetings and coordinating agendas, when required
- Improving and engaging in systems and process improvement and be involved in a large project taking our client from paper to paperless
This is a rare role, where your general administrative duties should be around 2/3 days and the rest of your week will be involved in various projects around process and systems improvement. This will give you an amazing opportunity to be hands on in change within our clients long established UK business.
