We would love to introduce you to our clients permanent, full time HR Assistant opportunity working in a super small hands on HR function where you will be able to grow and develop and progress your own skills and expertise working with industry professionals.

Our client is offering hybrid working with some days required to be in the office, but they are really flexible on days/weeks. Your role will be working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week and they are offering on top of their salary a lovely 8% employer contribution pension with 26 days holiday and 9 public holidays.

You will ideally have come from working in a busy HR administrative role, be someone who loves supporting and organising and even if you have your HR qualifications or education equivalent our client is open to find the right individual.

Supporting the HR team from updating the HR database, working with managers and employees for inductions and on-boarding, collating all relevant paperwork throughout the year, recruitment administrative, collecting and archiving GDPR paperwork, working closely with the HR team supporting with daily tasks.

This is a really hands on role in a busy HR function, where you will be given a great opportunity to learn and develop into HR.
