HR Advisor

Valeco Recruitment are delighted to bring to market a HR Advisor role where you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager and working in a small hands on team including the HR Administrator and Assistant.

This role has arisen due to maternity leave and we would love to have someone join our client around the middle of August to ensure a clear and concise handover and you will then join the team full time up until July 2023, however this could go on longer.

Our client has seen significant growth and with their business strategy are planning to be on track to double their headcount over the next two years and now is a great time to join them and grow with them as a business and HR Function.

The Offer?

• £28,000 starting salary
• Hybrid working and our client offers parking on-site
• 8% employer pension
• 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
• 26 days holiday plus 9 public holidays

What will you be doing?

• Reporting directly into the HR Manager and having the support from the HR Assistant
• Providing advice and support around policy and legal guidance to both managers and employees
• Key stakeholder management
• Drive the people strategy and development with the HR Manager

What is required?

• Come with a proven track record in HR and working at Advisor level
• Ideally you will have a HR qualification, however we will consider those part qualified
• Super organised and a great people person
• Effective leadership skills
• Team player
