Valeco Recruitment are partnering with our client located in Loanhead for to hire a front of line professional at the start of March for a few days per week for a few weeks, however could go on longer. 

Your role will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and providing a first class service 
  • Answering and filtering telephone calls and enquiries 
  • Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail 
  • Scheduling and processing deliveries 
  • ID checks along with Health and Safety 
  • Email inbox management

To be considered for this role we are looking for the following:

  • First class communicator with exceptional presentation skills
  • Be able to handle and communicate with people at all levels 
  • PC literate in particular Word and Outlook
  • Reliable to cover our two week cover in the first instance
