Valeco Recruitment are partnering with our exclusive client to hire a permanent full time HR Officer to work in a stand alone role reporting directly into the Finance Director.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained valuable skills in HR and is looking for the step up but to manager level at present, a great time to gain further experience and exposure in an all rounded HR function.

You will be partnering with senior management, building up relationships with employees and key stakeholders to run an efficient and supportive HR function.

Being a standalone role you will be fully responsible for the HR function from creating and reviewing HR policies to supporting line managers with the day to day management of staff.

Our client is offering full time hours Monday to Friday, a competitive salary and benefits package for the right individual located just outside the lovely town of Peebles.

Due to our clients location they are not on a main transport link, you will be required to have your own transport to be able to reach the site daily.

A few requirements we must have include:

  • CIPD qualified, essential
  • Up to date with employment legislation and GDPR
  • Strong verbal and written skills
