HR Manager - Permanent or will consider Interim
Glasgow with remote working
£38,000 - £40,000 depending on experience plus benefits
Valeco Recruitment are delighted to bring to the market an exclusive opportunity with an immediate start ideally required to join our third sector client supporting them primarily based in their offices in Glasgow with remote working and travel required to Edinburgh.
You will be responsible for the HR and L & D support for the staff and volunteers across the company and you will be not afraid to be hands on to understand the challenges they face, while providing sound and practical advice.
Your role will play a vital part in helping design the best service and structure supporting this organisation go from A to B including reviews of all policies and procedures, focus on hybrid/flexible working, establishing effective HR systems, managing recruitment campaigns and many more key duties, responsibilities, and projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced HR Manager to be involved and make a difference and change into our client’s organisation.
Apart from being CIPD qualified we would love the ideal candidate to also come with a track record in L & D.
You will come from being a hands-on HR professional who has delivered success in policies, procedures and implementing complex HR programmes. We would love you to have worked in third sector, this is highly preferred however not essential.
