Lead Creative - Marketing Agency

An award-winning marketing agency is looking for a Lead Creative to join their team of designers in Edinburgh.

Reporting to the Creative Director you will be integral in pushing client brands forward. Brimming with ideas and energy you will know how to set creative direction in line with both brand strategy and business objectives. You will love inspiring the brilliant team of creatives to deliver impactful and successful campaigns across the ever evolving world of digital, but also retain and can demonstrate the skills to produce offline and integrated campaigns.

You will have a proven track record, and a portfolio that showcases your ability to create great designs, exploits the latest technologies and meet business objectives. This is a key position and you will play a large part in influencing the standard of traditional and digital design that is offered to clients now and in the future.

Skills required

- Conceptual thinker, creator and visualiser with good commercial awareness

- Excellent presentation skills

- Very strong sense of design and aesthetics

- An understanding of the latest web technologies

- A strong desire to stay on top of the latest design thinking

- Experience in handling print artwork

- Take pride in producing the very best creative solutions that deliver results

- The ability to work under pressure and within corporate guidelines

- Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS
