Creative Senior Account Manager

We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Creative Senior Account Manager to join an award-winning creative agency based in Edinburgh

In this role you will be the focal point of communication for the clients, involved in all elements of the design, brand creation and strategy, responsible for the smooth running of each stage of projects and ensuring all deliverables are produced on time, on budget and on brief. You will be the pivotal day-to-day contact, liaising with colleagues across various departments including Design, Digital, Studio and Production, trafficking projects through to end delivery. This is an opportunity to work in a great agency that has lots of potential to train and develop your skill-set further.

Key responsibilities

-Build, manage and develop the client relationship to ensure the client’s expectations are fully met

-Work with stakeholders to develop and write new briefs and work internally with various departments across the agency to ensure smooth project management of all projects and campaigns.

-Manage all workflow through Creative, Digital and Studio and Production teams

-Develop Account Managers to confidently communicate the proposition and services to the client

-Work with the Account Director to embrace change and offer innovative thinking

About you

-Experience of working in a creative agency or similar environment

-Excellent account management skills within an agency-whether that be print, marketing, design or digital

-Strong project management and organisation skills

-Excellent team player – inspirational and supportive at all levels

-Happy working in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects

-A passion for the creative sector
