Temporary Artworker

We are looking for an experienced Artworker to join our client on a temporary basis until the end of March 2020 to assist with an expanding workload. There is potential for the role to extend, subject to demand.

Candidates must have professional working experience with all print based artwork procedures and industry standard software specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (Word, Excel) is essential. This includes the development of all types of basic print artwork and pre flight checks.

Reporting into the Studio Manager the key responsibilities will be to amend existing artwork or create artwork from design visuals for commercial print output and some online work whilst adhering to corporate guidelines and following established styles/guidelines, with the usual degree of demanding turnaround time.

We are keen to speak to candidates who have:

• Strong organisational skills with an ability to plan accurate and clean responses to artwork briefs to the standard expected by the client

• Experience in typesetting artwork, with strong emphasis on typographical awareness

• Technically proficient with the hardware/software (with full backup from the Studio Manager)

• Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (Word, Excel) is essential.
