Part Time Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a business based in Midlothian. This is a part-time position, Monday to Wednesday (21 hours). They are a supportive business who work extremely hard to provide the best service possible to their customers. Well-established and continuing to grow, they keen to bring in an experienced Payroll Administrator to assist going forward. They are offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits and free on-site parking.
There is a good amount of autonomy within the role over the payroll process, so ideally we are looking for someone with some solid previous experience and who will not be phased by tight deadlines. Duties will include, however, not be limited to, processing of weekly payrolls and highlighting any issues to senior management, administering the company pension scheme, collating weekly time-sheets and issuing weekly management information reports . This role is suited for an experienced Payroll Administrator who is looking to make their next move or someone with all round accounts experience wanting to specialise in payroll.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working alone or in a team and adapt to new systems quickly
