Office Support Administrator
A Scottish professional services firm is currently looking for a Office Support Administrator to join them in their Edinburgh office, to start asap on a 12 moth fixed term contract. They are ideally looking for a proactive individual who is not afraid of a challenge and who is looking to utilise and grow their skills.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Have the ability to work under pressure to meet demands of the business
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues at all levels across the business
• Have experience of working in a corporate environment
• Ideally have experience working with and supporting senior team members
Hours are full time Monday to Friday and the salary is dependent on experience.
