Receptionist

Valeco Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced front of house professional to support a well-known Scottish membership association, based in the outskirts of Edinburgh. You will be working in preparation for their annual international event that attracts over 190,000 people, and working throughout the event dealing with individuals from judges to directors to VIPs

Joining the team on Monday 10th June you will be working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm then week commencing 17th June 7am – 5pm Monday to Sunday.

This is a busy time for our client and will require a certain type of individual who can firstly handle working in a busy, fast paced stressful environment while remaining calm. You will have worked front of house and have experience in this along with dealing with people at all levels ideally within a business services environment.

You will be mainly dealing with people face to face, assisting with enquiries, queries, directions along with answering telephone calls and working with the team to ensure that all guests receive a first class service.

Week commencing 17th June food is provided for all staff and our client has allocated parking available on site.
