Administrative Assistant

Valeco Recruitment are recruiting exclusively for an established and growing law firm in Edinburgh City Centre for an Administration Assistant.

In this permanent role you will provide extensive administrative support including: filing, photocopying and putting documents together, data entry, assisting with deliveries, covering the reception during breaks and holiday periods and other general adhoc administrative tasks.

Full training will be provided for this role, however you must have some administration experience. You will interact regularly with people at all levels across the business so excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Good basic IT skills and excellent written and spoken English are essential.

Our client is ideally looking to start interviewing next week so that someone can start in the role as soon as possible. We would therefore be keen to speak to immediately available candidates.
