What does this role involve?

 First point of contact for current and new clients and your role is to provide a highly professional service always whether that is face to face, over the telephone or via email

 You will understand and educate yourself on clients to build up key relationships

 Working with and supporting your colleagues

 Filtering telephone calls and enquiries

 Facilitating some EA duties by providing efficient and organised support to both Directors including diary & travel management

 Coordinating all deliveries and processing all incoming and outgoing mail

 Facilities management from toilets to stationary to catering to equipment required to be repaired or purchased

 Preparing rooms for meetings including diaries, catering, agendas etc.

 Assisting and on occasions being responsible for company events

 Working on, management and further development of systems including SharePoint, our clients CRM and the MS Office in-house templates
