Valeco Recruitment are working with our client who are a global organisation located locally in Midlothian, due to business growth the team within HR and Recruitment are on the market to recruit an experienced Internal Recruitment Advisor.

This is an opportunity to join an established team and will be on a contract basis up to four months initially, however could go to become a permanent role.

Hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday and you can work either 8am or 4pm or 9am – 5pm.

A competitive market rate salary is on offer up to £25,000

Based in an established and experienced team your role will involve:

• Coordinate the full recruitment process

• Liaising with and building up relationships with managers and discussing and outlining their department needs, devising job descriptions and looking at timelines

• Preparing and overseeing approval documents

• Advertising vacancies internally and externally

• Liaising with recruitment consultancies when required

• Building up and working on your candidate database

• Processing and reviewing all CV applications

• Conducting telephone screening, arranging interviews right through to offer stage

• Liaising with HR in relation to contracts of employments, offers and ID

• Preparing all relevant offer documentation

• Reporting into the HR Advisor and updating them on your live vacancies.

For this vacancy we are seeking the following:

• Experienced either as a Recruitment Consultancy(agency) or as an Internal Recruiter

• First class communication skills over the telephone and face to face

• Be able to work to deadlines

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

• PC literate – MS Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail
