Valeco Recruitment are working with our established client in Midlothian to recruit a permanent full time Product Database Analyst.

Reporting directly into the Demand Sourcing Manager your role will involve a variety of duties that include:

• Master data creation

• Creation of product master data in line with marketing requirements

• Data verification

• Responsible for accuracy of data

• Implementation of accuracy and consistent product set up processes

• Scanning or linking documents into document management systems

• Product master data analysis

• Link to sales data analysis when required

• Maintain and update data as and when required

• Manage database parameters

• Partner with marketing, planning, and sourcing to create product rules, control access etc

• Maintain data standards

• Work in partnership with IT

• Procedures and develop updates and maintain regularly

• Communicate up to senior level internally along with many other key responsibilities.

What do we require to consider you as an applicant?

• Experience gained in a similar role is essential

• First class accuracy skills

• Competent in using Excel to an intermediate level

• Experience in using ERP/MRP systems highly advantageous

• Ability to organise and present information into user friendly formats

• First class communication and presentation skills

• Organised, driven and self-motivated individual
