We are delighted to offer a remote working option to our clients, we have many candidates who are seeking fully remote work across the UK and beyond, all set up with their own tech equipment.

 

From what Covid has taught us all is that you are able to complete work, anywhere around the world. There are so many talented industry professionals, who you could be missing out on due to a location.

Our Virtual Support is broad, and encompasses all the support we offer on our temporary desk including:

 

  • Secretarial and Office Administration; Project work, copy typing, audio typing, research, report writing, mailshots, spreadsheet work, expenses, presentations and ad hoc work as required.
  • PA/EA’s; general administration, organising travel arrangements, diary management, general correspondence, processing of expenses, liaising with businesses and screening calls
  • Reception; answering calls, taking detailed messages, forwarding phone calls
  • HR Support: General HR help to manage a disciplinary, grievance, under-performance or absence issue within your business. Assistance in helping help you implement a needed change, a redundancy, TUPE, or contractual variation or other business change.
  • Website & Social Media: Setting up social media pages, posting content on social media pages, WordPress website support and creating visuals

 

Our costs are exactly the same as they are for our office-based temps. You are charged by the hour for the work completed which is agreed and signed off weekly by you.
